I spent Christmas in a hotel that was in a good location. It was less than 5 minutes from the beach and less than 10 minutes from bars and restaurants. The staff was very friendly, saying hello every time they saw us and always willing to help. The hotel had a nice pool, which was great for swimming. Another advantage was that the room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed, like a TV and a fridge.
There were some things that made our stay not so enjoyable. For starters, the hotel didn't have a Christmas atmosphere, which it was supposed to have.

The people were very kind and helpfull. We had a nice appartement and it was cleaned everyday. A nice swimmingpool, sauna and fitness space. The breakfastbuffet was really great. Nearby a busstop, supermarket and you can rent bycicles across the hotel.

Friendly staff, restaurant and bar in hotel were very handy. The pool area looked very inviting. We were upgraded as the busy season was over.
The hotel is a little far out of the downtown area for easy walking to sites.

Perfect for a family! Good swimming pool, new apartments and close to the beach
Not close to the city center. 15 minutes walking unless you rent a bike, motorbike or car, which is normal in Kos

This hotel has a great location, as it's close to both the beach and the town center. The staff are friendly and welcoming, and the rooms are clean and spacious with well-equipped kitchenettes. The pool area is lovely and there are plenty of sun loungers available. Breakfast is tasty with a good selection of local produce. The hotel is a great value for money, with inexpensive food and drinks readily available.
The noise from the main road outside and surrounding bars can be a little too loud at times, which may be disruptive to some guests.

I had a wonderful stay at Aegean Houses Aparthotel. The staff, especially Amanda, were incredibly welcoming and made me feel at ease throughout my stay. The property was immaculate, with a beautiful pool area and bar. I particularly loved the buffet breakfast, which was excellent. The room was comfortable and had insect nets on the balcony doors, keeping mosquitoes away. The WiFi was reliable, and all areas of the hotel were kept spotless. Additionally, there was a mini supermarket next door and bike hire right across the street, making it convenient for any needs during my stay.
Nothing to be said. 😊

We had an excellent value for our money with a comfortable room and great location. The staff at the hotel treated us wonderfully, especially Amanda at the reception. She was friendly, kind, and always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed.
The morning meal could have been improved with a greater variety of options.

The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Kiros at the bar who made fantastic cocktails. Our room had insect nets on the balcony doors, which was a great bonus. The hot shower was excellent, and the room was always kept clean. The breakfast buffet was top-notch with plenty of delicious options. The hotel also had a mini supermarket next door and bike hire opposite. The pool area was well-maintained with ample chairs and umbrellas. a fantastic experience!
Would definitely recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved the charming combination of traditional and modern architecture at this hotel. The decoration had a warm and inviting feel, perfect for senior people like myself. The general areas were well-maintained and there were plenty of comfortable seating areas for relaxing. Additionally, I found the hotel to be easily accessible for senior people, with ramps and handrails in place to assist with mobility.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more support from the children working there.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptional - so friendly, efficient and helpful. The location was great - just a short walk away from a lovely beach and close to many restaurants and bars. The hotel facilities were excellent - the swimming pool was clean and a good length for swimming, there was a safe children's pool and a lovely jacuzzi for all to use. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast with a big variety of food and beverages.
Nothing all good.
